If you need to cancel your subscription to Shortspilot.ai, please follow the steps below:
Access Your Account Settings
- Navigate to https://www.shortspilot.ai/settings.
Manage Your Account
- Click on the Manage Account button.
Enable Pop-ups (If Necessary)
- If no new window opens after clicking Manage Account, please check your browser settings to ensure that pop-ups are enabled.
Open the Stripe Customer Portal
- A new window will open directing you to the Stripe customer portal.
Cancel Your Subscription
- In the Stripe portal, select Cancel Subscription.
Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, depending on whether you're on a monthly or yearly plan.
